We know that this is very frustrating, as it is frustrating for us as well.  Soon these days of the pandemic will pass and normal shipping times will return.  Thank you for your patience during these days

Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, this may take 1-4 business days. 

We will email you a tracking number, usually 3-5 days after your order has been placed. Or multiple tracking numbers if your order was shipped in multiple shipments.

Standard shipping can take anywhere between 10 - 65 days depending on shipping carrier, availability of item and destination. See the list below for general shipping estimates.

Keep in mind for some products the shipping times may vary from item to item so be sure and check the product page before ordering to get a good idea of delivery time.

Depending upon what is ordered sometimes you may receive multiple packages for a single order. The reason for this is because we use multiple fulfillment companies located in different regions in order to cut down on shipping and processing times.

 

Payments

You may pay with credit card through Shopify checkout. 

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days after product is received. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as underwear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items including swimwear and underwear

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at liquidreddesign@gmail.com and we will give you further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Latex products
All sales are final on latex products. This material is very delicate and therefore it is the buyers responsibility to take care of their piece once it is in their hands. Rips and tears may occur if the item is worn recklessly and therefore all tears from wear are the buyers responsibility.

If the piece becomes torn and needs to be mended, fixing this item will come at a cost to the buyer. Contact us at liquidreddesign@gmail.com if you would like to mail us your item to be fixed. 

Shipping

Shipping can take 3-7 business days or 10-25 business days depending on the product. Some items are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Check the product details for more information or email us at liquidreddesign@gmail.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you have any problems with checkout, please email us at liquidreddesign@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

TRACKING MY ORDER?

When you're dealing with worldwide international shipping tracking numbers are not always available immediately after shipping so please allow for about 5 - 10 days.  If you have not received an automated email within 7 days of your order, please email customer service at liquidreddesign@gmail.com and we will send your tracking number to you manually.

 

I ORDERED 2 THINGS BUT ONLY RECEIVED 1? WHERE IS THE OTHER ITEM? 

We deal with multiple manufacturers around the globe to provide our customers with the absolute best price possible. Your order is from multiple manufacturers, it is totally normal to have your packages arrive to you at various times. Don't worry the other packages are in route and will be arriving shortly.

 

WHERE DO MY PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

We create handmade products in Las Vegas, NV, USA and also deal with many manufacturers from all over the world, including manufacturers located in the United States and China so please check each individual products sizing charts to ensure the proper fit as one product's size medium could be another product's size large depending on which manufacturer made the item. 

 

WHY IS MY ORDER STUCK IN TRANSIT?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 1 - 5 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so I thank you ahead of time for your patience.  

I listed the wrong shipping address by mistake!

Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control as we us an automated system that copy and pastes exactly what you list as your shipping address. With that, we can not accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. In this situation I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.

 

ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN "RETURNED TO SENDER"

All customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring their order(s) while in transit as important updates are often added to the tracking information. I.E. "Delivery failed - package is waiting at the local post office for the next XX days before it's returned to sender."

Liquid Red is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer on the order page. Liquid Red is not responsible when customers fail to accept orders or fail to retrieve orders from the post office that are listed as "Unclaimed". With that, no refunds, credits or replacements will be issued in these situations.

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST CHECK THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES AND MONITOR THEIR ORDER WHILE IN TRANSIT.

Customer must monitor their order while in transit as important updates are often added to the tracking information. I.E. "Delivery failed - package is waiting at the local post office for the next XX days before it's returned to sender." Liquid Red is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct shipping address listed on the order page but the customer fails to accept the package or pick the package up from the local post office. With that, no refunds, credits or replacements will be issued in these situations.

 

Shipping Arrival Disputes

If your shipment has not arrived and you would like us to look into it, please contact us at liquidreddesign@gmail.com. We only accept shipment arrival disputes within 60 days of your order.
