This game was born out of making bets on how a customer will respond and joking about how we would like to respond back to them.. if only we could say what we were actually thinking.
Most of us deal with customers daily, whether it's in IT, retail, food service, customer support, bartending, teaching or anywhere that you have to deal with people, which is basically every job.
Customer disservice is a game where you get a chance to play out your fantasy scenario in customer service by letting the customer know what you’re really thinking. Each player takes turns choosing a customer message. The other players then chooses a card from their hand that represents how you would really respond to the customer and another card that represents how you would want to respond to a customer (but never would in real life). Then the player with the message card reads off the responses and chooses the best one from each category. Players get a point for each card that is chosen as a winning response. The player with the most points after customer cards are answered twice by each person wins the game.
The perfect game to play after work with your friends or coworkers after a day of dealing with horrible customers and clients. Choosing cards that say how you would really like to respond is the perfect therapy needed when having to deal with customers all day long. But beware, this game has explicit words and is NSFW, unless you have coworkers who are down with swearing and making fun of customers.
It's a dirty adult game but it's not so bad that you can't play it with your parents... even they have dealt with annoying customers too!
About Us
We're a couple who lives in Las Vegas who loves playing games with our friends and has game nights at our house often. We play online games as well as card games, arcade games, board games and more. This game was written by Peter & Megan J. with the help of many of our friends and relatives who helped play test and come up with ideas for the cards. Megan's parents Clarisse & Bob helped in editing the game cards. Megan created the graphic design for the game and sourced the printing.
What is included in the game?
The game includes 100 customer message cards and 500 answer cards plus several blank write in cards. Several cards are blank where you can write in your own questions and answers. Instruction manual included.
How to Play?
The “CUSTOMER” reads the “MESSAGE” card.
Reply with both what you would say and what you want to say.
The “CUSTOMER” then chooses one winner for the WOULD SAY category and one winner for the WANT TO SAY category. The winners keep the answer cards as one point for each winning answer.
